We want every royal feast to be perfect!
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

Due to the perishable nature of our cakes and sweets, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion, in accordance with German consumer protection laws.
